Honghe Hani Rice Terraces is a rice terrace system located in Honghe Hani Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province, China. The terraces rise up to 3000 steps at various angles of inclination, creating a magnificent environment that is unique in its essence.

Rice terraces stretch along the southern bank of the Hongha River. The most famous rice terraces are in the Yunnan region, where they cover an area of 12600 hectares. Yunnan has a particularly humid climate, which is ideal for growing rice.

The Honghe Hani rice terraces are over 1300 years old. Local residents still grow rice on these terraces today. On June 22, 2013, the Honghe Hani Rice Terraces were listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Over the past 1300 years, the Hani people have developed an intricate canal system to bring water from the forested mountain peaks to these terraces. They also created an integrated farming system that includes buffalo, cattle, duck, fish and eel, and supports the production of red rice, the area's main crop. At the same time, fish farming began on the rice terraces, for this there were quite favorable conditions – the presence of reservoirs and food (aquatic plants and insects). Thanks to fish, rice received natural fertilizer. For centuries, the Hani peasants cultivated rice in this way, trying to maintain a balance between nature and human needs.

Terraces are reflected in an exceptional way, defined by interaction with the environment, established by integrated systems of agriculture and water management and reinforced by socio-economic-religious systems. They express the complex relationship between humans and gods, and between humans and society. This system persisted for at least a millennium, as can be proven by extensive Chinese archival sources.

The city of the Smurfs is called the town of Juzcar, located in southern Spain, and part of the autonomous community of Andalusia. Huskar became famous all over the world for the fact that all his houses are painted in Smurf color. There are statues of Smurfs in the city, and drawings of these cartoon characters are painted on the walls of many houses.

Huscar was one of the white towns of Andalusia with traditionally whitewashed buildings. On June 16, 2011, the world premiere of The Smurfs took place in this town. In honor of this event, Sony Pictures offered to repaint the buildings in Huscar (including the church) in smurf blue. In the summer of 2011, this was done, and 4000 liters of paint were used for this purpose.

The agreement with Sony Pictures included repainting buildings in the city back white after the end of the advertising campaign, however, in December 2011, local authorities organized a special referendum for the city's residents to determine whether Huscar would remain blue or become white as before.

The results of the referendum indicated that Huscar would remain blue, with no set date for the transition to white. This decision of local residents is due to the fact that about 95000 tourists visited the town within six months after it was repainted blue.

The Enchanted Well (Poco Encantado) is located in Brazil in the heart of the state of Bahia, in the Chapada Diamantina National Park. The water of the lake is crystal clear, so sunlight hitting the surface of the water creates a refracted beam in its thickness, which fills the lake with a soft, blue glow, illuminating the well to the very bottom and casting shimmering azure reflections on the walls of the cave.

The well is located in one of the many caves and is a small lake. In order to reach the lake, it is necessary to overcome a steep descent 80 meters long.

The depth of the lake is 37 meters. The number of people who want to see this fascinating spectacle is large, and Brazilian public services have to limit and control access to the reservoir in order to protect this unique and sensitive place to any external influence.
