Max-Out was first introduced in 2021 as a digital concept representing the future of Nissan Ambition 2030, the company's long-term vision to meet the needs of consumers, the environment, and society in a truly sustainable way.
Now this digital creation is present in the real world. The fully electric concept car Nissan Max-Out was unveiled at Auto Shanghai 2023 in China.
Max-Out is a 2-seater open car whose design creates a sense of openness and dynamic driving based on the core concept of unity with the car. It embodies Nissan's commitment to helping its customers and society and symbolizes Nissan's innovation as the company continues to develop a range of vehicles with innovative and vibrant designs.
The now-realized convertible concept promises to deliver new driving experiences with superior stability and comfort.
Dynamic cornering and steering response are balanced with limited body roll to optimize driver and passenger comfort, creating a sense of unity with the car.
Transitioning from binary code to physical form, the Max-Out concept car has achieved several advantages. The parabolic hologram wheels immediately catch the eye and can be mesmerizing if looked at for too long.
The air tunnel created under the hood has an ultra-modern lightweight and efficient aerodynamic appearance. All lighting and graphic dynamics of the car are perfectly synchronized inside and out and are seamlessly connected to the driver's and car's mood.
The body color is Metaverse Grey. The creators of the show car wanted it to look like an object traveling in another space and time.
The interior also offers many details, including an ultra-wide digital screen capable of multitasking. Judging by the graphics on the left side of the screen, one of the tasks appears to be monitoring the state of wormholes in space.
We joke a little, partly because the Max-Out show car simply "does not exist" compared to recent concepts from other brands regarding the future of cars.
“The Nissan Max-Out is our bold statement demonstrating Nissan's design ambitions and how we are boldly moving into the future,” said Lihao Yu, Nissan's Deputy Director of Program Design.
